The Caldwell Industrial Airport is located in southwestern Idaho in one of the fastest growing areas of the state. This airport is a designated reliever for the Boise Airport and Toothman-Orton Engineering has served as the airport consultant for over 10 years. Major construction projects at the Caldwell Industrial Airport include runway construction, rejuvenation or overlay of the existing runway and taxiways, runway extension, taxiway construction, aircraft apron construction, canal relocation, access road construction, utility extension, AWOS layout and PAPI-4 installation. Planning projects at Caldwell Industrial include a Master Plan and later Master Plan update, Capital Improvement Plan updates and land acquisition.
