The Warm Lake Road project consisted of reconstructing a section of failed roadway located in mountainous terrain adjacent to an environmentally sensitive stream. The project included difficult horizontal and vertical alignment meeting current design standards, reconstructing embankment foundation, drainage features, stream protection, erosion control, and roadway section. The project also included preparing environmental documents and construction plans and specifications and obtaining special permits and design approvals from various regulatory agencies.
